Kacy is the epitome of determination and commitment! 💪 Since August, she’s taken a leap of faith—reaching out, showing up at the gym, and pushing herself through our RESET program—all while managing her busy family schedule! 👏
Was she scared? Yes. Did she want it? Absolutely! Did she take the necessary steps to make a change? You bet! This is what true dedication looks like. Kaci your food prepping and planning for hockey trips with your kids do not go unnoticed. We are so incredibly proud of you! 🙌

How long have you been training ? 6 weeks
How many days a week to train at Genesis? 4-5 Days a week - I try to squeeze in Saturday when I can!
What do you love most about Genesis Fitness? I love how welcoming all the trainers and members are. I also love that each workout is different! I have been training for 6 weeks without a single repeated workout. It's great that each station is set up for you and catered to the individual needs of each person.
What have you seen within yourself change training at Genesis Fitness? My confidence! The class workouts are not something I had done in the past- this style of training was new to me. I feel proud for getting out of my comfort zone. I feel so strong - inside and out!
Would you recommend Genesis Fitness? YES! I feel the best I've felt in years thanks to the support of everyone I've met at Genesis Fitness!
