Meet Katie Gross!
Katie's dedication to training seven days a week, putting in two hours per day on weekends, is seriously impressive. The progress Katie has made in her endurance and strength is such an inspiration to everyone around her. Your hard work and commitment really shows that with determination and effort, anything is possible. It’s awesome to see how Katie push's herself and it motivates all of us to step up our game too!
We asked Katie a few questions:
How long have you been training at Genesis ?
I'm not sure but I think 7-8 months.
What have you noticed change in your life ?
I've noticed my body change in terms of developing muscles and endurance and speed while running!
Why is Genesis so important in your lifestyle ?
Fitting a good workout into my day is so important to me and my quality of life and general health. Genesis provides that for me.
What do you love most about Genesis
I love the positive atmosphere and working out as a group, it challenges me and allows me to get the most out of my workout. I also love the variety and never getting bored and probably most importantly that it's challenging.
Would you recommend Genesis ??
Absolutely I would!!! Of course!
