An Anthem resident for more than 21 years. Dawnylle brings a passion for high-intensity training and creating a motivating environment. She is committed to helping members reach their goals and fitness potential by emphasizing the importance of a mind, body and spirit connection. It is important to Dawnylle that each person ends her class feeling empowered, positive, healthy and successful.
Dawnylle has competed in over 20 full and half marathons, several triathlons and numerous obstacle course races. Her love of health and fitness is shared with her husband and two children.
I am native to Arizona and have been apart of the Anthem community for almost 15 years and I enjoy, boating, camping, and spending time with my hubby and kids! As a mother of five kids, I have found that fitness is the only way to help manage my busy and very active family. I fell off the fitness train with the pregnancy and birth of my last child and life got in the way of me being the best version of myself. I am so exited to be back in the game and on the road to being fit and healthy. I started instructing Turbo Kick in 2015 and became completely obsessed with this high energy, calorie burning cardio workout. Now that I am certified as a fitness trainer, I am enjoying teaching small group workouts at Genesis Fitness.
Adena loves working at Genesis Fitness with such an awesome team! She is an assistant to Dawnylle helping with challenges and the Accountability Group, as well as, managing social media. She also donates her time at the front desk with a wide variety of responsibilities for the gym.
During health and fitness journey, Adena has lost over 100 pounds. She is passionate about helping every client improve their eating habits and overall fitness. She battles an autoimmune disorder and believes that despite difficulties, everyone can find breakthroughs in their own health journey. She has her NASM nutrition certification She is excited to help clients reach their nutritional goals.
