Our fitness center is centered around small group training, personal training, high-intensity cardio, spinning classes, yoga, lifestyle nutrition and performance programs for our athletes. Each day is a new beginning at Genesis Fitness, to start fresh and not look back at yesterday. We want each of our clients to push themselves so that each day they become a stronger person mentally, physically and spiritually. We have learned through physical activity and being part of an active community our well-being, including mental health, spiritual health, and body have become stronger and ready to deal with life on a daily basis.
Life can be hard and our goal is that clients can walk through our doors and be in a positive environment to build themselves up to tackle the world with a strong body mind and soul. It is so important to Dawnylle Kohl and her staff to share what physical activity does to one's chemicals in the brain and wants everyone to know there is hope for feeling better. She has learned this from personal experience. You have to patient and consistent and give it at least 6 weeks. It is like medicine. For some medicines, you have to wait 6 weeks for your body to get adjusted. Same thing goes for the medicine of exercise. Your BODY has to adjust.
Helping to encourage each other to be the very best at where you are at is what Genesis is all about. We love people. We love watching young to old grow in their abilities and strength. To dig deep within themselves and overcome fears about walking into the gym, fears about what are other people thinking of me, fears of I need to lose 10 pounds before I even walk into the gym.
